As the corona virus (CoViD-19) pandmic continues to evolve, we wanted our customers to understand that we’re concerned about your health and safety, as well as that of our staff. We recognize the health concerns and the gravity of the situation and we’re doing everything we can to protect the health and welfare of our office, employees and community.

We remain vigilant and are staying up to date with guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), as well as our state and local health departments.

We’re also taking proactive measures, and they are:

  • Sanitizing work areas
  • Washing our hands frequently
  • Remaining six feet away from each other
  • Asking employees to stay or work from home if they’re feeling sick

If you’re feeling nervous about having contractors in your home during this frantic time, it is perfectly reasonable, that’s why innovative remodelers like us are using special measures and technology to help minimize risks.  We completely understand that you’re probably feeling apprehensive about welcoming anyone into your home, let alone a contractor to provide a quote.

About a couple of weeks ago, we all had to make some serious changes in our lives. And we’ve had to make some serious changes in how we interact with homeowners.  So, we’ve implemented the following solutions.

Here’s how it works:

  • Contact us to set up a free quote. We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time for a virtual presentation, as well as in-house consultation.
  • Before the consultation, we’ll stop in to take a few photographs of your home’s exterior, measure, take notes, inspect any problem areas, etc.
  • We’ll put together a proposal and contact you to discuss the next step.
  • Please note, that quotes requiring inside installation (windows, kitchen or bath remodel) may need additional details that require an in-home inspection.

This will ensure that you have your estimate, materials and the remodeling project ready and complete. This will place you ahead of the game when things settle down, get back to normal and everyone is in a rush to remodel and get their projects going.

What about the actual installation?

We’ve implemented the following protocol to keep you and our crew safe during installation:

  • No handshakes
  • We maintain a suitable distance between you’re and our crew at all times
  • We will not approach your door unless requested
  • Installers are required to wash hands and sanitize their hands prior to entering a homeowner’s property and deep-cleaning tools and equipment

These precautionary measures make for sanitary installation experience for everyone.

We are monitoring this situation daily and are adhering to guidelines and recommendations provided by the government and health organizations in order to protect our employees, customers, and their families. We will adjust business operations and policies as needed.
